Critical: Responsiveness They printed the wrong words under the heading for one hymn and repeated the exact words, but wrong version under another heading! We had to in haste try to correct it at church before the service. Thus incompetent!

Dominic & Minit-Print are fantastic! I brought a unique cardstock cut, fold & print job to him, and he was more than willing to help me out! He did such a great job, and I have and will continue to go back to him! He always makes sure that my greeting cards come out looking GREAT! I recently returned with a job of about 500 cards, and mentioned I was hoping for them by the end of the week, (I came in Wednesday).
Sure enough he had them by Friday! So, yes, his service is top notch, and affordable! But more importantly, he always has a smile, is down to Earth, genuine, and super easy to work with. I enjoy catching up and chatting about my latest progress and show him how some of my favorite cards turn out. He has been with me from my from the very beginning, and now, as my small local greeting card business is growing, I am SOOO glad I found such a great person to work with right around the corner! The service was great, quick, and high-quality! I would absolutely go back! I needed to print out a bunch of menus for my upcoming wedding.and because I had already purchased pre-cut 5x7 paper, I was running into a lot of trouble finding anyone who would print on that size paper (typically they only print on 8x11 and cutback apparently). Once I realized this, I was in a bit of a time crunch and sent out about 10 emails to local print shops. Dominic responded that evening (after hours).was the only one who responded mind you - and had me a quote the next morning.
When I dropped off my job, he helped me adjust the colors to get them just right.and then he had everything complete within a 90 mins and they look beautiful. He packaged them up in a tight plastic wrap "so they would be good for traveling" (He even paid attention to those details.realizing I was hopping on a plane with these in a couple days). I would highly recommend this place for anyone looking for quality printing and great service!
