Very bad experience. They lack in communication. It took dayss before I got a quote. Then months before I got the products. Their customer service is the WORST! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! NEVER AGAIN!

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness, Value There were several issues with our orders, order was redone, but still with some issues. The final issue were not completed as initially communicated, instead a refund was just sent to us without warning.

This is my 3rd go round with Nightmare as I use them for our baseball tournament shirts. Each and every time the staff has been extremely helpful and pleasant to work with. Their graphic designer has come up with some spectacular visuals for the shirts!
