Jonathan at Classic Embroidery really stepped up for us! We have a convention coming up, needed some gear and had a tight turn around time. We really weren't expecting to have the items in time and Jonathan was transparent about their turn around times. We ended up getting it a day early before the event and we couldn't be happier with the quality, the customer service and how fast we got our clothing! Super excited to show up the new merchandise and will be coming back for more!

Excellent quality work! I work with Marketing for a Storm Restoration company and ordered the jackets through them. Here is my experience: 1. They are very pleasant to work with and have a "can do" attitude. 2. They work with you on the design of your project. 3. They work quick and effectively! 4. They deliver HIGH QUALITY! Super happy to see the jackets they designed for my team. 5. They are even willing to match your company colors on the design! 6. They have an awesome office dog! (had to post this haha) I would totally recommend them for my design needs.

I can't explain how bad my experience was. I Would not recommend. Went in last month to order custom Jerseys and they could not do my order. So we left off at me purchasing them someplace else and them screen printing reflective letters on the back of my Jerseys. Came back today and was told the "Policy" changed. They provided no alternative. Very unprofessional. Made 2 calls and found what I was looking for, worst part is I was going to do a bulk order after seeing the work but I guess I'll spend my money elsewhere. Don't do business here
