Had GREAT service. Originally called CENTRIC for service a week ago. They NEVER called or posted. I called them back. then I finally received a call from a repair person. Kicked him to the curb and told him don't bother. Prior to him calling I reached out to AMERITECH. Chris called me back within 10 minutes and arrived at our office within 2 hours. Spent an hour finding the problem and was done.and as it turns out, not only was the service better. their prices were too. I have torn the CENTRIC service label off our machine and replaced it with AMERITECHs.
