This company is really awful! DO NOT USE THEM! I tried to order 600 hard back books and was having difficulty using their interface. It took over a week to have someone call me back and they got very upset when I was just asking questions. Then the owner of the company, Tim Simpson, called me and was a total jerk! He even hung up on me. Very unprofessional and just the worst company ever!

This was my first time working with diggypod and I must say I am just taken aback by the amount of dedication, quality and their ability to work with the customer and keep them involved in the process. I ordered 160 books which all turned out fantastic! Not only that but they were easy to reach if I had any questions and they reached out themselves by phone to explain to me what needed to be fixed. Their templates are easy to use and the pdf checker is very user friendly. This was by far the easiest process! Thank you to the team at diggypod for making my experience one to remember!

This is the fourth time that I am ordering from this company and all I have to say about them is that, they are excellent in everything that they do. From the moment I started the order to the final details even after the delivery. The quality they provide is top of the line.
