Heather clearly laid out my options, helped me stay within my budget, and was extremely responsive and patient. I am very pleased with the final product. Highly recommended! Update: for the 2nd year, we received excellent service. Heather was prompt and professional as always, and even though I was late in starting the order this year, Tri State got it all ready and in the mail on time.
