In the printing business, the desirable qualities are Good quality, Fast printing and delivery, and Low price. In my experience, 99% of printing companies are only able to deliver on two of these traits, and are generally greatly lacking in the third. My company regularly requires large orders of custom print and custom cut jobs for internal and external/marketing purposes. I have experimented with many of Ecoprint's competitors over the years, but have found that only Ecoprint is able to get the job done to my company's high standards.
I now go to them regularly for all of my printing needs (brochures, presentations, informational documents), and have found them to be nothing but professional and of the highest quality since the first time I used their services. I would highly recommend them to any business in need of custom printing jobs, especially those who have been frustrated like I have with the lack of quality and speed, high prices, or a lack of professional demeanor. Five stars.

Good service - Need to increase quality control so that they don't need to redo work. Great customer service, but could do with larger staff so that wait time for jobs is not so long.
