My rugby team had shorts done by primesource and my pair happened to rip. I then bought three pairs of shorts to be embroidered with our logo. Upon picking up the $38 order, the logo was misplaced. I had contacted Mike who told me to send a link to purchase new shorts and he would embroider them free of charge. He also offered to ship them for free.
