My rugby team had shorts done by primesource and my pair happened to rip. I then bought three pairs of shorts to be embroidered with our logo. Upon picking up the $38 order, the logo was misplaced. I had contacted Mike who told me to send a link to purchase new shorts and he would embroider them free of charge. He also offered to ship them for free. Prime Source went above and beyond to meet my expectations and I will certainly return to them in the future.
