Critical: Professionalism They are a small business, and before mandatory health care, they used to hire people for UNDER a YEAR (exactly) to avoid paying the costs. Beware. Also, they run a lot of overcharged prints on the poor quality xeroxes and charge for the digital printers. Seem to have no $.

My need was pretty simple: scan a 24x36 survey plat to a pdf file I could email. Although simple for them, it was a precious blueprint that would be very expensive to replace, as in 10k to get a new survey done. I am so pleased that for less than $5 I had exactly what I needed, in a short time, and there was no damage to the original. Thanks API!

So we decided to go with Applied Digital Imaging to print some labels for coffee packaging. This was our first order, and I just thought we could give them a shot. Unfortunately, after paying my invoice, I realized they charged me for crops and bleeds which we did give them in our design. They charged me for 4.5 x 6.5" labels and received 3.5 x 5". After spending some time on the phone, they refused to admit that it was a mistake and said they just went with the specs of the old proof we sent them and not the new design just because they said "we already did the work". I'm very disappointed and what was initially supposed to be around $60 came out to be $126.
