Horrible customer service and craft quality, I am surprised this company is still in business in Lynden. If you can find any other option for branding you should consider it.

Horrible customer service. The ladies At the counter couldn't wait to turn their back to me to get back to the orders they were working on. I visited the store to purchase a lions bag. The price tag said $59.95 and it rang up $5 more. The lady had zero intentions of doing a price adjustment or apologizing for the missed ticket. And I was told the bag I ordered would take a few weeks. I have no idea when my order will be in.
I also asked for a youth sweatshirt. They gave me a catalog to look through. All the sweatshirts were for men/women. When asked if there were youth sweatshirts, I was told there were some. After a few pages in and not finding a youth sweatshirt or getting help, I left. So unfriendly and unhelpful.
