I got one of their hoodies be cause i volunteer with Operation Liberty Hill. The quality of the hoodie is the best i have ever had. Not sure what the difference in the material is but it is awesome. Worth every penny i paid for it. The softest too. Thanks

They do not do individual monogramming. I called to get some pricing for work shirts. I explained to the lady what style shirt and monorgamming I was looking but when i mentioned the quantity (3-5shirts) she explained that they didn't do individual orders that they were more for larger corporate orders. The lady I spoke with was very polite and professional, so i gave them the 4 stars. I didn't feel it was right to give them a star or two just because they couldn't meet my need. Although i didn't see on their website that they didn't do small orders.

Quick response time. Staff was easy to work with, knowledgeable, and had no problems answering questions. They have an extensive catalog of products, as well as samples to view and feel in-store. Turnaround was speedy for the price, which was fair compared to some competitors' turnaround to cost ratio.
