Print Globe took my order for matches and had an 8 week lead time. 8 weeks later the Rep sent an email saying a mistake was made, they would need to re submit my order and it would take another 9 weeks. No discount and no offer to swap me to a match that had a 30 day lead time for the same price. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY.

Product quality is very good. However, the website indicated I would be contacted within 24 hours to confirm my design. It took over 4 days. Also for the product that I ordered, the website advised it would take between one and two weeks for the product to be made and then delivered to my address. It actually took a month and a half. As such, I missed being able to use the product at the events for which they were purchased.

As of 2/15/2022 this matter is satisfactorily resolved. We appreciate it. When working with any printer is is important to closely review all details. PrintGlobe Submitted a 3x5 file, product chosen had 3x3 print area. I used the wrong template, the company should have made a point to let me know, they did not. Unfortunately I approved it without noticing the size difference. I am a first time customer, there should have been an effort to educate me. Please go over every detail of your order, and check the fine print.

Horrible customer service! Product wasn't even shipped by my "in hand" date. My sales rep (Jason H.) straight up lied and told me that UPS had tried to deliver my product but didn't feel safe leaving it at my home. When I ran the tracking number, the label had just been created moments before. It wasn't on a truck for delivery. He then said he had rerouted the late shipment to where I was holding the event.
It didn't arrive there either. I was given lots of excuses, but no solutions or even an apology. I asked to speak to a manager and haven't heard back from them. $1,300 wasted. 12-11-2021 I still have not heard back from anyone despite the comment below saying they would contact me. They are not trustworthy.

The quality is good, however the wrong size was printed. We made adjustments to the image size and then approved the second proof. When we received the product it was the first proof that was printed. We can still use them but it is not what we approved.

Customer service was wonderful, friendly and prompt especially dealing with a tight deadline. Print quality was absolutely terrible. Print was too small to read and not centered. Yes I gave permission to print-but what was printed did not match the proof I signed off on. This was for a celebration of life-so needless to say we are disappointed because even if the company would make it right-we don't have enough time to get this before my fathers memorial service. Color isn't correct either but if the print would have been better-it would make up for it. :

I recently ordered some promotional items from PrintGlobe. And while I can't say the items because I haven't given them out yet and they're a bit of a surprise, I just wanted to pop on here and express my satisfaction with this company. It was easy to order via the website, step one in a great customer experience. I had been price checking this item and was mad to find other websites requiring the customer to go through the rigamarole of emailing for a quote -- PrintGlobe thankfully didn't do this.
It had templates on the site for submitting items you design yourself. These were easy to follow. And after I ordered, I was sent a proof to approve. The price was the best I could find, and I got the items in two weeks. I will definitely post pics once I give out these fun items!

I found this company and it looked really professional and fairly priced, so I placed an order. However, my "senior account manager" was a complete joke! There was ZERO communication from them. I finally utilized the chat feature on their site, and that person was super helpful and nice, and said that my account manager would message me back the following day. Well I still didn't hear from camelia, so I emailed the company instead of my account manager and explained what was going on, and that representative was amazing to work with and extremely nice as well. I recommend this company, but if your account manager's name is camilea, I wish you luck!

This business is a SCAM. I placed an order over a month ago that never arrived. I have been emailing and calling repeatedly and still have no idea if I'll ever see my package or a refund. I've gotten nothing but rude emails and lies claiming my package is at a Fedex location that it is not. I am stunned by the horrible experience, it seemed like a legitimate company but do not be fooled. I'm planning to continue calling and doing all I can to get some answers, but not feeling positive.

Trust me, I did a ton of research and even made a sweet spreadsheet with pricing and not only did they have the best pricing, their customer service was unparalleled. I never received what I ordered and they claimed that it was signed for by someone with the name of no one I know or who works with me. Company of crooks. I was really looking forward to the product. But now I just wish that I could get my money back, I din't realize that I was making a donation instead of ordering a product.

The end product came our exactly as expected and for economy, they are of good quality and a fraction of the cost of much of the competition. The delivery was just slightly longer than initially anticipated but well worth the slight delay.

Was interested in matchbooks for our wedding and spoke to Jason about getting a sample. I first reached out on December 4th (it's now the 20th). Checked in a couple times over a week and was told he was working on it. After 2 weeks he told me that he was "checking with his sample department for a tracking number". then I never heard from him again. Tried emailing a few times but never heard a word back.
I don't understand at all, but nonetheless definitely wouldn't recommend after my experience. I wasn't even able to get a couple of matchbooks sent to me within a months time span, so if you're working within any sort of time-frame you need to be aware of, I would steer clear of this spot.

I contacted Print Globe to see if they could assist with a custom order of coasters. As a civilian employee, utilizing Government funds, I was concerned that the price would be out of the budget BUT Matt Barry and the remaining staff were great with assisting me with the specific look we required and within a tight timeline. I wish I was able to show the picture of the final coaster but it was gorgeous and we will use them again and have suggested them to other squadrons.

Terrible experience! Prices were spiked once they realized order was being placed by service member. Company decided to approve and go forward with order without us even approving the proof. Immediately after making the decision for us, they charged our credit card and wanted to add extra charges. BEWARE! Really sad that this TX company was trying to scam it's own TX service members serving out of state.

I really like the variety and selection this company offered. Unfortunately, I never got to finish my order and see how their quality was. I made the order before Christmas and got 4 emails from them over our Christmas break with a countdown to when they were going to cancel our order. They took my non-response as a confirmation of my cancellation and charged $25 for it. It was a disappointing experience and for me, there are enough print options out there to go elsewhere, to a company who values customer service.

I usually hate ordering custom things online because it's either a hassle to get it right or they just straight up mess it up. This company, however, is super easy to work with and makes the entire process smooth. I wanted to get custom napkins for my wedding. All I had to do was upload the image that I wanted. Pick the color and type of napkins I wanted. And within one day they sent me a proof with design options for my napkins.
I had on person taking care of everything. I would send an email and get a response back in a timely manner. That's right, no automated 1-800 number crap. I had the napkins within a week. The color was a bit darker than what I saw on the computer, but otherwise they were great! I'd definitely use them again if I ever needed a huge bulk order again!
