M & M Printing

The Marsid M&M did an excellent job in printing and shipping out our menu's for our Mexican restaurant. I want to specifically give a shout out to Ryan who assisted me with the whole process. I called him several times and he always helped me with and questions i had and never made me feel rushed or pressured. He also helped me with what i needed to be able to design our drive thru menu. I would highly recommend them and will use them in the future without a doubt.

The Marsid M&M Group provided exceptional customer service from the beginning to the end of my order. I even reordered a second batch of the product within a month or two. I could not find any company to produce a customized Coupon Book for our practice. All books I found online had a pre-set number of pages. I only needed x12 pages as I wanted a coupon for every month within the year + a cover page.

They gave me a very reasonable estimate, I provided my own high resolution graphics. The proofing process with simple & straight-forward. The communication was easy & helpful. The shipment was received very quickly. Even with a quantity error issue, The Marsid M&M Group resolved it with a quick secondary shipment & even a discount for the trouble. We lost our coupon books somehow, & they gave us a discount for our OWN error when we reorded. Highly recommended for this customized printing.

When I called to speak about our service AND the fact that we buy printing for our customers, I was told to have a nice day and hung up on before I could say we buy printing for our customers. Marsid m&m group were awesome to work with for my wedding place cards. I had ordered pace cards from a big online retailer but they were lost in the mail and I could not get them in time for my wedding day. I googled printers that print annual reports. MM Print came right up. I contacted them and spoke with Ryan, who was very personable, knowledgable and helpful. Very happy with the customer service I received from Touche. She answered every question I had, got back to me in a timely manner, sent me samples in the mail to help me with my paper decisions, and was so friendly to work with. I am beyond happy with the quality of the coloring book that they printed from my design. Thank you again for everything. The pen, notepad, and candy gift in my shipment was a nice touch!
