I placed an order for a single item on May 11th, 2019 as a sample to see their quality of work in hopes that we could order in bulk afterwards. At the time the order was placed I was informed that processing and delivery would only take 1-2 weeks. It has now been nearly a month and I have heard nothing. I have attempted to email their customer support center but the email is not valid. I attempted to submit a help ticket on their website which also did not work. Lastly, I have tried calling their office number on their website and received no calls back.

I am very disappointed at the level of customer service I am experiencing considering the reviews that University Fashions has on all their platforms. I definitely will NOT be doing business here again.
