This is the ABSOLUTE WORST company to deal with if there is a problem with your order. They are totally unresponsive when they make a mistake. I ordered 100 two-sided yard signs on 3/21/22. Signs arrived on 3/25/21 and were only one-sided. I sent emails on 3/25, 3/28, and 3/29 notifying them of the issue with no response. I also called twice but got the same automated voicemail directing me to use email.

I have emails from them confirming that the signs were two-sided. I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and they have not responded to them as well. Received this note from BBB on 5/18/22: "Complaint ID#: 90308249; Business Name: Just Yard Signs Inc.; Your BBB has made several attempts to contact the business regarding the above referenced complaint. We regret to inform you that we have not received a response from the company."

I had a last minute project and I needed some yard signs ASAP. I called and search everywhere and most of the places had a 10+ business days processing period. I finally found JustYardSigns.com and after I design my signs online and submit the order, they were able to print and ship the signs the same day so that I could receive them the next day. They were a real lifesaver.

Their customer service is fantastic. Alan does a great job of being responsive and efficient. At first I thought their system was a bit antiquated with the upload artwork online --> receive proof --> pay with PayPal or have a CC on file etc. However, after a few orders I see why that works very well and does not add any delay. They "hold your hand" through the process and are very true to their turn around times (24 hours) and shipping notifications. I have ordered yards signs and banners from them and the quality is excellent. This is the best price I found for yard signs.

I own a pressure washing company and we have been ordering signs from Just Yard Signs since last year. Have had no issues until this last order. I approved the design and then made payment. When I got the signs they were wrong. It was an older version of our new sign. We called and emailed them because they preferred to receive emails. So we did on February 12th. We have been very professional with them and truly do like the quality of the signs. After they got back to me I was told that I will be getting the correct signs we approved. I really appreciate the customer service. And we will continue to use them for all our signs. Thanks again.
