Our paperback printing service produces durable, bookstore-quality books with perfect binding and multiple paper options. Using 300 dpi resolution PDF files, we create volumes ranging from 3.5x5 to 12x12 inches with thicknesses between 0.04-2.5 inches. The lay-flat nylon film lamination ensures cover protection while maintaining flexibility for small runs of 10-2000 units.
Hardcover Printing
Premium hardcover books feature case binding with reinforced adhesive and optional decorative headbands for thick volumes. Our dust jacket option wraps printed covers around rigid boards with 4-inch flaps, while foil stamping adds elegant finishing touches. This service meets library specifications for long-lasting, professional-grade publications.
Wirebound Books
Wirebound books use black metal wire for superior strength compared to plastic coil binding. This format allows complete 180-degree opening for spreads across two pages, ideal for cookbooks, manuals, and notebooks. Available in sizes from 3.5x5 to 8.5x11 inches with thickness up to 1.25 inches.
Booklet Printing
Our booklet printing service creates professional stapled documents with up to 140 pages using square-fold technology. This cost-effective solution produces square-edged booklets with printable spines in sizes ranging from 5.5x8.5 to 9x12 inches, maintaining durability while remaining flat when open.
Custom Size Books

I have worked with Lightning Press for several years to print several runs of several titles and I have always been incredibly impressed with them. They go above and beyond to help me make sure my products look great. I really love that the inside pages are considered colored or black and white individually instead of being charged as if every page is colored when you only have a few colored pictures (this is initially why I chose them). I stayed because they are awesome!
