I had a small project that I wanted to do - three bound copies of some work I had done, for memento purposes - and Smith Publishing Company was recommended to me as someone who could get the job done well. That was an understatement - I am simply blown away! Becky quickly answered the inquiry I submitted online, she worked diligently and carefully in making sure that we got the exact cover layout and binding material I wanted, and the price she quoted me was more than fair. Sending her the pages to be bound was a breeze, and the turn around time was perfectly reasonable.

I just got the books today, and they look AMAZING! I couldn't have asked for them to have turned out any nicer! There are a few more similar projects I want to do and now I don't want anyone to do them other than Becky and Smith Printing Company. I can't express how grateful I am for their outstanding work! I wholeheartedly recommend them without reservation!

I absolutely cannot recommend Smith Printing Company enough. The entire experience from top to bottom was fantastic. My husband is a composer and for his birthday I had one of his scores bound. It turned out to be the most beautiful book. I've not given it to him yet, but I just know he's going to love it. Becky was my contact and she couldn't have been more helpful, communicative and professional. Absolutely fantastic.

Working with Smith Printing was the best choice I could have made. I was self-publishing my first work and had a lot of questions, they were patient and kind and helped me fulfill my dreams! I am grateful and humbled and just so excited to work with them again in the future. Couldn't recommend them any more.

I worked with Becky to have my family history book printed. She is very good to work with. The books turned out better than I expected at a very reasonable cost. They did great work with a photo I have for the cover. Highly recommended.

Fantastic! Five stars! I can't say enough good things about our experience with Smith Printing! My teenaged daughter completed her first novel. What next? 400+ pages written by a 12-14 year old. We weren't sure anyone would take her seriously. We came across Smith Printing, and decided to go for it. I called Becky, and was pleasantly surprised by her outstanding customer service! Over the next few months, she helped us through the entire process.

Being as this was our first time publishing, we had a few questions. Becky was patient, kind, and quick to respond to email. We are thrilled with the finished product! We are so grateful that we could also support a local business, and will be using Smith Printing for future publishing needs. Thank you again Becky! You really made the publishing process a good one!

Oh my goodness! I just received my 1000 page memory book and I am BLOWN AWAY! First, Becky was amazing and went ABOVE AND BEYOND! As a sales person myself I love that Becky was on top of her follow-up! From my first email, which was over the weekend no less and didn't expect a response until Monday, she exceed expectations right out the gate. I had reach out to 5 other printers and she was most responsive and was willing to do anything she could to try and meet my deadline (Christmas present!). Honestly, I started this project early last year and no one would take it one due to number of pages (~1000).

Thank you so much for being will to preserve my memories in print! I can't thank you enough! On top of all this, the quality is stunning! It exceeded all my expectations, from the paper and cover quality to the imprinting on the cover and spine. Super, super happy! Thank you Becky! I will be back for future projects!
