Return your phone calls and emails. Left multiple voice mails and sent multiple emails with no response in over a week. Then when you did pick up the phone you were too busy to focus on the call. Hire more help!

These guys are so accommodating! Being centred in America, I didn't know if I would even be able to purchase from them! When I sent them a message, they were quick to follow up and set me up with my order, an extra little gift, and helped me out when payment was being funky! Would recommend these guys, or if any merch you're buying is through them, you'll have a good time!

I never write reviews.until now. Mary was just sublime in completing a rush print on a compression shirt I needed by Friday (it's Thursday). She got it done in 1hr! I could've married her.and I'm happily married. Not to mention how fabulous the print looks, top shelf. Thank you so very much Mary and Season.you all are brilliant.

I went to MiaD for some embroidery work on some bags for gifts. They were responsive and communicative and quickly turned the work around. I could not be happier with the quality of work and the service.

After my negative experience, I went back to the store for the refund that was begrudgingly offered by the owner. When I got to the store a very attentive and helpful Employee offered to fix the mistake in lieu of the refund. I left the shirt with my number for them to contact me when the fixes were made. A week later got a call from the owner telling me to come get my shirt and my money because they were not fixing the shirt because of my yelp review.
I told her my review could change if they did the work well. Now everyone can see the depths of your character. Your response is indicative of how you value your work and your customers. The one good thing you have going for you is that employee who was willing to do the RIGHT THING, but you've screwed that up as well.
