I am looking for a company that can embroider a name on a Christmas stocking to match our others. I wrote 2 separate emails to Harbor Graphics a week or 2 apart simply asking if this was something they could/would do and they did not give me the courtesy of a reply. This is very disappointing customer service or lack thereof. A simple sentence saying sorry this isn't something we can do would have sufficed. I'll have to look elsewhere for this simple project but would hesitate to order anything from this company when they don't care enough about prospective customers to answer an email. I had to fill out a bunch of info just to send an inquiry. If you aren't going to answer inquiries, don't have a form.

My company has used Harbor Graphics for the last several years. Everyone we have spoken with has been extremely helpful and polite. We have never had an issue with any of their products. I've had a few of the printed shirts for a few years and they still look great. Wash well and are still soft. Owner- Bryan has always been super upfront with pricing and never had any communication issues. Would definitely recommend.

Harbor Graphics did a wonderful job with our order! Our front and back printed hoodies turned out great and Michelle was always quick to answer our questions. We received such a great response from our first batch that we ended up placing a second order with Harbor Graphics. I have to commend Bryan. In the midst of the pandemic, and with his entire staff unavailable, he was still able to get our order to us on time.
In fact, when we ordered we were told they would either be ready on Friday, or the following Monday. Bryan went above and beyond and made sure we had the sweatshirts before going into the weekend. Thank you, Bryan. Thank you, Michelle.and Thank you, Harbor Graphics. Happy Holidays. Zach

Bryan and team were able to process our order of over 250 shirts well before our deadline and with very little notice. The quality of their products is great. Their customer service is second to none. Amazing work from them!
