Sound Reprographics is our go-to for anything printed. We are a local B2B business serving all of North America. Recently I used them for a project and when one of their printers was on the fritz and was jeopardizing my trade show, the owner personally took my file to their other office and brought it back to me after hours, just in the nick of time for my show. They are dependable, and their quality is excellent.

As an architect, I have been availing myself of print shops since 1979. I am so pleased to find such a great print shop on Bainbridge. The facility is small compared to what I am used to, and I am amazed that they take jobs and MAKE them happen, just like a good printer should do. I adore the staff and I look forward to getting my print jobs done.

Worst customer service on the planet! You're basically ignored and once helped - very SLOW service. They have poor signage so you don't know where to go or where to put anything. And when you ask - you get total rudeness We will never spend a cent here ever again.

Prices are good and service has been great. We used to use another sign company and literally waited months for vehicle graphics. No such problems with Sound.

We went into this location to drop off a prepaid FEDEX box for shipping. The counter staff was rude and non helpful. Would not recommend this business.
