Simply amazing! Tina is super helpful and friendly as well as the rest of their staff. I had three weeks to get these done and no one online could get it done when I wanted or with the min qty, 12 beanies. Tina said she could get it done in two weeks, was patient and advised on design changes, then delivered this amazing product in one week! my buddy is gonna be stoked wearing this beanie down the mountain for his bachelor party and wouldn't have happened without The Embroidery Factory! y'all are rockstars and thanks so much for making my friend's bachelor party that much more memorable.

Tina was amazing. I requested a rather strange design and had been turned away, ignored or had the price raised to an uncomfortable level at all other shops in SOMD. I honestly think just because they didn't want to do it. One shop even explained "It just isn't a money maker." and declined to take the job. Tina was very responsive and open to the whole design. The price was reasonable; I expected to pay a price comparable to the quality I wanted in a one off custom embroidered piece.
I was so excited when she finished them ahead of schedule that I immediately jumped in the car and drove almost an hour away to pick them up. My smile was ear to ear as I opened the shirt up and looked at the back. I could barely believe the quality and craftsmanship that went into the shirt. I couldn't wait to send pictures to my team, and I cannot wait to wear these in our bowling league. Here is hoping that the other teams will play worse when they play us thanks to our "Jerseys". Either from Envy, or from laughing too hard at how stupid they are. Thank you so much Tina! This will forever be the place I go for embroidery!
