Critical: Professionalism Absolutely the worst experience I've had in NWA from any business. They are not customer service oriented.

Just-Us Printers has always been friendly and easy to work with! They have helped me with several print jobs, and the quality always meets or exceeds my expectations. Great people, great service, and great quality-all from a local, family owned print shop!

Extremely rude employees with no customer service. I needed some simple information and they refuse to cooperate. Melanie on the business side should consider a position that doesn't include customer service since she doesn't have any. If you cannot understand someone, then simply say "excuse me could you repeat that" instead of constantly interrupting.
