Joe and Sam are simply the best. They always reply in a timely manner and really do want to ensure the project is just what you want. I am especially thankful for their understanding and kindness as I navigate the print world. We have had to change orders and have had some confusing orders at times, but Joe and Sam are always flexible and willing to help. We have had the pleasure of working with Quality Graphics & Printing since the inception of our Foundation in 2010 with our office supplies, notepads, stationary, and marketing collateral. Since then we partnered with them to produce special case bound gift books with soft touch laminated covers, embossed foil stamped titles, and beautiful gilded edges. Quality Graphics and Printing did an excellent job on a perfect bound book I had them print. My book had many photos in it and the printed quality of the photos amazed me. Their professionalism and commitment to customer service was outstanding. They made useful suggestions to help improve my book and offered an unsolicited alternate design to the front cover which was a big improvement over what I had. The finished product was just plain excellent. I highly recommend QGP.
