SCAM! Taken my money, every time I call or chat with support they tell me they will look into my order and why I haven't received it yet, no one ever tells me anything and I keep trying but get nothing back. I've lost my customers, time and money from this! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I waited over a month before leaving this review trying to contact and get information so I didn't have to do this, but I have got nothing other than we will try to find out what is taking so long with your order and then being ghosted

A company that stands behind their products even after the customer has already purchased with amazing customer service and skill, It took me many many questions and a very long time to actually make my purchase complete but they always answered and helped with whatever I needed, I personally had Zachary as my sales man I strongly recommend him you will definitely be satisfied 100%! They will help you grow with whatever direction your business needs, I had the pleasure to work with Tony as well a real smart great guy!

I had a lot of concerns to get the right knowledge in DTG and DTF but I actually was able to start fulfilling orders right after my training, Yes you will have questions as you grow but they are totally their to help and solve your issues. This has to be the worst and most irresponsible company in the country and that i have EVER worked with to the point where i can't imagine how they're not embarrassed. I ordered an EPSON S600 printer. And it's been 3 MONTHS since I've received it and they have yet to send a technician to set up or install the machine. Don't bother wasting your money on this company unless you want to waste your time and money and gain a few headaches. Would give them 0 stars if i could and it's honestly embarrassing

They sold me bad DTF films. When I called they said they new they were bad but chose to wait for customers to contact them first, rather than reaching out to customers that bought them. I had quite a few ruined items due to this.
