At Sunrise Hitek we can cut custom foam inserts for your project. We cut foam with laser or our CNC router with an oscillating knife or tangential knife with specialized blades. Often when creating a sales kit or custom packaging box, you need a custom foam insert. By utilizing the latest in digital cutting, we can create your custom foam inserts with no setup fees or lead times like die cutting would require. Custom packaging - this is by far the most popular use. Often parts come in very odd shapes that make it difficult to package and display.
