Since I have been made aware of this business it has been my never-fail-me go-to. Dean Gass is an amazing person and professional. The product is flawless and Dean's customer service is A+++. The business itself is fascinating to see and learn about all the hard work that goes into making such quality product. I would recommend and I do recommend Heritage to anyone needing their services. Lamar and Ca'Lan did an amazing job with an installation of a mural wall wrap for a local elementary school. They were very professional, flexible, responsive and diligent. The final mural was high quality and the colors printed beautifully. Thank you Ca'Lan for your care and attention to detail - seaming up some highly detailed sections and ensuring that the mural was kid-proof. Thank you Lamar for your coordination, high responsiveness and insight throughout the whole process. I am looking forward to working with them again for future vinyl murals!

Working with Heritage was a great experience from the beginning. My team had a very specific ask for an art installation with a quick turnaround and they followed through to the T. Heritage printing is hands down one of the best organizations we've worked with for printing and custom signage. We first found Heritage when looking for vendors that could produce a couple of large step-and-repeat backdrop banners with a fast turnaround (within one week). Most vendors turned us away, until Heritage. Not only were they able to accommodate our needs with a fast turnaround, but they were incredibly helpful and responsive along the way.
We were so impressed with their work that we turned to them again months later for a rather large order for canvas prints and a large collage-styled wall wrap for our office. Heritage impressed us once again. They were fast, helpful, and even went the extra mile to make recommendations to ensure our project would come out looking as best as possible. The Project Manager, Lamar, was very responsive and made the whole process run seamless. The installation by Ca'Lan was very professional, and we couldn't be happier with the final result. I would highly suggest working with Heritage for your printing needs. My church needed workbooks for a large event, and I had the pleasure of working with Dean to fulfill the request. Dean was knowledgeable and provided phenomenal customer service. Additionally, he was patient with me throughout the process, as the different printing options was new to me. I also was able to get a tour of their facility before getting the workbooks which looked great.

This was my first time using Heritage printing and I'm so glad to have found them! Our company was in launch mode with new offices and events and needed everything from lots of pop-up banners, flyers, to a 40 foot Wallpaper on tight turn-around times. Jeff was my go-to and he was great at answering all my questions, working with our timelines, getting us great competitive quotes and ensuring quality of the final products! The installation team was also prompt, professional and great to work with. They are now our first call for big printing needs.

Heritage Printing & Graphics was AMAZING! We ordered 3 signs for our new business, loved them so much, we ordered frosting decals for our conference room. Ca'Lan White was INCREDIBLE, his customer service was above and beyond, so professional and personable. He went the extra mile. He had an extra frosted decal with him and put it on our front door for no additional cost! So kind. I can't say enough about the customer service and professionalism of Ca'Lan and the whole heritage team. Our new office space looks incredible thanks to them. HIGHLY recommend!
