They are extremely rude and know nothing about customer service. This is a company more concerned with being right than making their customers satisfied. Waste of money and time. I would pay double what I paid today to go somewhere where they will acknowledge where they screwed up or misunderstood me. They could have just simply cared about my request and I wouldn't leave bad reviews on every platform I can. I work for a large area University and will sure be spreading the word.

Used MB3 printing services for the first time a few weeks ago, product turned out very nice. The rep. was very nice and the prices was affordable. Today I returned and the owner was very rude. He stated that his business has been around for the last 18 years & that I probably wasn't even 18. After explaining that I liked his services he stated that I could take my money else where MULTIPLE times.
The issue was that he was not accepting the sticker paper I brought in, which was the same sticker paper used before by this company. He also tried charging different prices than I paid before and I showed him my receipt from but he stated he did not care. He was very rude, nasty, disrespectful and every other word that relates. I WILL NEVER RETURN

This was my first time getting labels printed and initially, through text the were nice and attentive. However, I specifically asked what way the label would be printed as it was extremely important that my labels were printed so that the name is visible for 8oz beverage bottles. The employee printed it incorrectly and was extremely rude about the misunderstanding.
If you are getting print work done for the first time do not use this company. They offered to fix but it would take an additional 3 days and I need them for tomorrow which is why I chose their same day printing service. What you will get here is fast but possibly insufficient and unprofessional service. As a holder of an MBA degree and several years of Fortune 500 customer service experience this place was the worst. I would never recommend and I will be sure to let my local colleagues know to no longer use this business. If I spend money, I expect to be treated with respect

We saw their prices and were very skeptical at first....I mean, how can anyone offer such low prices, but still have quality material?! Well we decided it couldn't do any harm to request samples. After the samples arrived, we were floored...the quality and price was better than what we currently get! So we placed an order of 100,000 mailers and it was the best collective decision we have made to-date. If you are even a bit unsure, get some samples for yourself! It's worth looking into!
