Screen Printing

What printing methods do you offer?
We provide screen printing, embroidery, and direct-to-garment (DTG) printing options to suit different design requirements and garment types.
What is your minimum order quantity?
Screen printing and DTG require minimum 12 garments per design. Embroidery minimums are 12 apparel items or 24 caps for initial orders.
How long does production take?
Standard turnaround time is 5-7 business days after artwork approval and deposit payment.
Do you offer pricing discounts for large orders?
Yes, we provide tiered pricing with decreasing per-unit costs for larger quantity orders across all printing methods.
What file types work best for artwork submission?
Vector files (AI, EPS, PDF) are preferred for screen printing while high-resolution raster files (300 DPI PNG/JPG) work best for DTG projects.

We've used Joe and Ed a few times in the past for corporate gear for our small business - mostly embroidery. We tend to prefer higher cost shirts and Jackets, but there's never a concern handing them over to these guys. Joe & Ed take extreme care to ensure that the final product is exactly what you are asking for, going above and beyond to get every detail right. I can't recommend Joe's Tees enough for any of your screen printing or embroidery needs!

Joe and Ed were so so great! I needed a very quick turn around on embroideries and decals on shirts and they did FANTASTIC! Not only was Joe completely upfront about everything but both Ed and Joe worked tirelessly and after hours to finish these shirts for me. I can't recommend them enough and you can really tell they care about their customers!

Let me tell you about joes tees. I send them some crazy designs for my mechanic shop and they never fail to amaze me. They are very friendly and keep you informed. There prices and quality cannot be matched anywhere in this city. I have gotten ripped off and given terrible quality for price and when I discovered them it's like I found treasure. Family owned you can't loose and I just finished ordering another set from them of the same design because I was that impressed.
I will continue doing business with this amazing company hopefully for years to come. If you're considering using them stop thinking and do it you won't regret it. We just finished our fifth design with this company and every time they never fail to impress or be professional. I had a chance to meet them and was blown away by the level of dedication from these down to earth people. It's seriously impressive especially this day in age to find a company more dedicated to quality and customer service.

I placed a large specialty order of shirts for a race that required different names, colors, and sizes on each one. Even though it was an intricate order, the guys at Joe's Tees got it right! The shirts looked amazing and our logo was perfectly printed. Ed was great with helping me get the order right and giving me a great, affordable price.
