One star is even too much. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE! Speedys Printing used to be fantastic, here recently they have gone to shit. All of their good employees who valued their job were ran off by the owner. The owner could care less on how she treats her employees (I've been in the store & witnessed first hand). Im a local of 35 years and would rather drive off the Island than use Speedys. The people who now work at speedys have no earthly idea what theyre doing & the turn around time is extremely slow. I miss the old Speedys. I blame all of this on the owner, who treats people like scum, makes her employees CRY, bullies them & most importantly could care less about the business anymore.

Childish, passive-aggressive staff without skills. I look like a liberal individual. As soon as I walked into the door to Speedy's I could tell the woman behind the counter, Susan Guidry, had a problem. I had a long professional order that I came to Speedy's to get done right. She spent the entire 15 minutes I was in the store being passive-aggressive with me. Other customers came in and she was intentionally polite to them.
No doubt because she considered me a liberal person. She also had a deep look of fear in her eyes every time we interacted, and had an extremely negative attitude literally every time I told her a specification for part of my order. Sorry about your feelings Susan. Maybe you should pick a job that doesn't have you dealing with the general population if you're such a snowflake. By the way, you messed up 75% of my order. Be professional. And welcome to the age of online reviews.

I went in to have only 2 copies made. I was treated like I was their favorite customer. I was given a Mardi Gras gift pack with a pen and note pad and silver beads. I just moved to the island and they made a great first impression. I will be back.

No one who lives in Galveston with a business can get by without a periodic trip to Speedys. When they say all your printing needs they mean all - yes you can get on the Internet and fuss around and try to get what you want with an operator answering your questions from some other country. Or you can stop in and visit Susan. Arriene, or Leon get personalized service and exactly what you need - in half the time.
