I had the pleasure of meeting John while I was getting my oil changed. I had been on the phone discussing paper thickness and the ability to print my wedding invitations at a competitor. John overheard the conversation and took the time to explain paper thickness and the way that printing works so I would understand what type of printer would be needed for the type of invite I was looking for. Although his business typically deals in commercial printing, he went out of his way to help me print my wedding invitations.
