Our specialty is printing UV Flexo packaging serving the pharmaceutical industry and many others. UTP considers it our mission to generate competitive advantages for customers in terms of speed, cost quality, and flexibility. That's what the UTP advantage is all about! In 1999 we designed and built our current 25,000-square-foot facility in Grand Rapids, MI - housing six UV flexo presses, 750 Webtron, Mark Andy Digital hybrid Dpro3, and related finishing equipment including a Rotoflex 13 torrent rewinder.

Flexible Packaging

Pouch material comes in a variety of constructions, including puncture and tear-resistant Valeron and easy-to-open foils and films. Whether you need small sachets for samples of lotions and cosmetics or larger pouches for pool chemicals, we can meet your requirements. If you need help in finding a packaging integrator to fill your pouches, we can recommend one of our contract packager partners to serve you.
Folding Cartons

Our presses are capable of running up to 24-point boardstock and seven color stations, including UV topcoat for your folding cartons and paperboard needs. Most of our work is on virgin SBS stock, but we also produce on kraft-back and clay-coated newsback stocks. We produce a variety of styles including straight line and fifth-panel designs with and without hanger holes.
