I've worked with a lot of local printers as well as other online printers. DocuCopies wins hands down in every area. I've paid for rush shipping (which is reasonable given the weight of printing) and never worried about getting the order in time. They seem to underpromise and over deliver. Docucopies is quite simply amazing. They are always incredibly fast really accurate, and produce amazing copies for us. We do large quantities of spiral bound books and they always look incredible. I was unsure about ordering copies online but I couldn't be happier with the copies or the level of service. When I accidentally made a mistake in my order the customer service representative noticed it and called me to clarify what I wanted done. Now that is excellent service!
