The quality of the products we received was extremely poor. We reached out to our rep, and we were told that she believed the products (usb devices) were of satisfactory quality even though they refused to work for many of the customers we handed them out to for the tradeshow. No offer of a refund was given. We are a tech company and this did not play well with our customers to not have a tech item work. We will not be working with this company again.
