All functions of our process from prepress to production are done in our Nisswa facility giving us complete control of the product. This makes the entire process faster and easier for you. This position will be seated at the front desk and will be the first point contact for any walk ins and will be responsible for answering any incoming phone calls. This position will include administrative duties but also include all job responsibilities of a Customer Service Representative. Accurately creates and updates estimates, as assigned by the CSR Supervisor/Project Coordinator.
