If I could give them 0 stars I would. This place is an absolute joke and it baffles me that they are still in business. I have never heard of someone going here and not having an error with their order. Very unprofessional and they take months to embroider ONE GARMENT.

Eleven West has done an Awesome job with design and printing for many years for us as a business at Radford Animal Hospital and also for some personal projects for my kids dance team. Kevin always comes up with the perfect design and everyone in the office has always been super friendly, helpful and timely with our projects.

I love getting my Greek letters made at Eleven West! Very friendly staff and great quality letters for a great price!
