As a customer, I was told that I needed to hurry up and complete my brochure. I was taking too long with the graphic designer. "Excuse me, what do you mean by that?" I am a customer who has spent a lot of money on my products. Mr. Murr spoke to me as if he was doing me a favor. He spoke to me as if he were speaking to a child and not an adult. Well, I would not speak to a child the way that he spoke to me.
He spoke to me as if I were less of a person than he was. He showed himself to be a true misanthrope with his condescending, and aloof behavior. My husband purposefully paid additional payments to many of my accounts, including Murr Printing. Murr did not credit my account; so, Mr. Murr would tell the story about the person that did not pay him. It was all a lie.
It's easier to blame someone else for one's errors, than to admit the truth. He kept my business card on display just so he could tell the lie to potential customers. He did not have to mention nonpayment or my business name. Shame on you. If I "allegedly did not pay you, why would you keep my business card? He tried to sully my image for reasons I do not know.
He apparently volunteered this information to many of his customers. One of my customers told me that I should file a "defamation of character" lawsuit. I told her that I would let "Karma" handle it. It's not my fault that Murr's software could not keep up with the payments. He would not listen to my husband. He was extremely rude, cold, and callous.
His graphic designer designed my stationary, business, cards, pencils, labels, stickers, and postcards. My products looked amazing. We spent a small fortune at his establishment and we were treated like the scum of the earth. I had never been treated so rudely by a small business owner in my life.

Never Again! Murr is good for very basic print jobs, but is out of their league for anything beyond that. Charleston has a much better selection of quality Printers. Simple Business Cards printed on paper that was as flimsy as basic copy paper (think Printer paper). I asked the desk person to duplicate my current business card (& even left a copy of it with her). She matched the color, and assured me that it would be the same bond of paper. It wasn't!
