Arch Printing's started as the "in-plant" print shop at Barber Greene's Aurora, IL plant. Barber Greene was founded in 1916 to design and produce conveyors and bucket loaders built to raise the productivity of coal yards. Eventually Barber Greene was purchased by Caterpillar Inc. to create their their asphalt paver line.
