I was recruited to make batches and show up for work everyday. The operations manager is micro managing everything, she's also a control freak. The floor supervisor is a complete joke who doesn't speak english very well, he also doesn't know how to train new employees. One last thing its a safety hazard to put people in a mixer without a lock out tag out lock for each employee.
Someone needs to make some real changes, this was in Fleetwood, Pa. At some point someone needs to man up and stop blaming people for other people's short comings. Just an awful place to work.
