Sent the wrong product. How hard can it be? Now I have to go through the return protocol etc. Find somewhere else to buy your clothing. Update. I sent back the incorrect item and they sent me the correct one. It was as advertised, good quality. I had to pay for shipping on the return, which is the norm for many retailers. After posting I thought that I may have been a little harsh with them, mistakes are sometimes made but after they replied on line that I wasn't actually a customer (Fake, fraud?) I thought I probably did the right thing. Maybe this will help them get their process issues sorted out.

I worked with Amanda Jenkins from Panda Apparel to create a beanie with our team logo on it for our Real Estate Team. Amanda was great! She took our logo and matched it to the right color embroidery thread. It took 4 days for 11 beanies to be created! Fast, reliable, excellent customer service and quality of work. This is our go to place for any custom apparel/ items we need. Thank you SO much Amanda!

Panda Apparel was wonderful to work with! I've been in business for 16 years and have finally found a company that gets my vision. They really took their time to make sure I was happy with my shirts. This is the first time in 16 years that I actually LOVE the shirts for my employees. They adjusted the colors for me and guided me as to which style/color shirts would look best. I also really appreciated the prompt responses and quick turnaround on my order. I also feel that their prices are very fair especially for the customer service you receive. I worked with Amanda Jenkins from Panda Apparel to create a decal of my team logo for my office door. She was extremely helpful when helping me decide what color I should choose (& I am picky). Amanda sought out creative alternatives when they didn't have the exact color I was looking for to accommodate what I envisioned.
