Critical: Professionalism, Responsiveness, Value I felt I had discussed small project in detail. On picking it up was charged double what was discussed. Make sure you know exact cost or you could be in for a very costly surprise.

I didnt have to overly explain what I needed done and the time frame I was given for the work to be completed was followed.
