TF-100 Screen Printer
The TF-100 is a high-precision screen printer designed for thick film circuitry in hybrid microelectronics. It supports surface mount and through-hole applications within a 6" x 6" print area. The printer offers exceptional repeatability and durability for R&D and production environments. SP-1500 Screen Printer
The SP-1500 delivers high-precision printing for larger hybrid substrates and SMT applications. With an 11" x 11" print area, it handles solder pastes, epoxies, and solder mask materials. The printer supports both prototype and high-volume production. Its features include hydraulic squeegee drive, adjustable pressure settings, and a reusable mylar alignment system for efficient setup and consistent results.
Refurbishment Services
We specialize in restoring MPM/TF-100 and SP-1500 printers to factory standards. Our process includes complete disassembly, replacement of worn components, and realignment of critical parts.
