Offset Printing
Our offset printing service delivers exceptional detail and color fidelity using a 6-color press that exceeds industry standards. This traditional method remains ideal for large print runs where unit costs decrease with quantity. We offer specialty inks, custom finishes, and premium paper stocks to create high-impact printed materials that stand out while maintaining cost-effectiveness for bulk production.
Digital Printing
Our digital printing solutions provide quick turnaround times with high-quality resolution for both small and large projects. Featuring variable data capabilities, inline booklet making, and digital envelope presses, this service enables personalized marketing materials with names, dates, and custom messaging. Specialty finishes enhance visual appeal while maintaining production efficiency for time-sensitive projects.
Wide Format Printing
Our wide format printing handles large-scale projects using flatbed UV ink technology that resists outdoor elements. With the region's only white ink flatbed printer, we create eye-catching signage, banners, and displays with multi-color dimensionality. Services include acrylic engraving, custom shaping, and raised prints for both indoor and outdoor applications requiring maximum visual impact.
Mailing Services
Our comprehensive mailing services include address verification, variable data personalization, and high-speed processing of 25,000 pieces per hour. Certified Mail Design Analyst Josh Madsen optimizes mailpiece design for delivery efficiency. We offer verified mailing lists, CASS certification, and NCOA address correction to ensure maximum campaign effectiveness and delivery accuracy.
Fulfillment Solutions
Our fulfillment services provide complete inventory management, warehousing, and shipping solutions with web-to-print portals. We handle pick, pack, and shipping operations for promotional materials, publications, and custom products without requiring third-party intermediaries. Lourdes and the team at Rapid Press do a wonderful job moving your project from concept, or in my case, rough concept, through the planning phase and into production. We couldn't be happier with the result and we always enjoy the compliments we receive whenever one of our clients sees the work Rapid Press has done for us.

I run a design business and needed a reliable print vendor to refer my clients to for their projects. Having dealt with many print companies before, I find the level of customer service at RapidPress to be a step above competitors. Alan is very patient and professional. I highly recommend working with RapidPress for your printing needs!

I am new to Tallahassee and needed some printing done. I could only google printing companies because I do not know anyone in the area and Rapid Press was one on the list. I read the reviews and contacted the company. I told them of my situation and they never put me off nor acted like they did not want to help me, exactly totally opposite. The kind lady on the phone actually took time out of her busy day to speak with a few employees and found a way to help me.
She told me to come over and they could do my project right then. I would HIGHLY recommend this company. From the moment I pulled up to the building I was greeted warmly from everyone I met. If you ever need any printing done please reach out to Rapid Press first.

Lourdes and the crew at Rapid Press take care of all my printing needs, postcards, business cards, flyers and brochures. They also send out my direct mail. They educated me on new ways to make my mailings more effective. Print quality is the best I have ever seen. I would recommend them to do a professional job for you too. Tom Carella Pes. Furrin Auto
