Our offset printing service utilizes industry-leading Komori presses capable of handling 28x40 sheet sizes with UV and aqueous coatings on diverse substrates. Digital Printing
Our HP Indigo 15K digital press produces vibrant 7-color liquid toner prints up to 20x29 inches with unmatched color accuracy. This technology enables seamless transitions between short-run and large-volume jobs while maintaining offset-equivalent quality. The process supports specialty substrates like vinyl, adhesives, and foils with rapid turnaround times typically completed within three business days.
Wide Format Printing
Our EFI Vutek 32H wide format printer handles substrates up to 2 inches thick and 126 inches wide with unlimited length capabilities. This equipment combination with advanced contour cutting systems enables production of high-impact signage, banners, and displays on materials ranging from wood to acrylic. Daily output capacity reaches 42 standard 4x8 boards for urgent project requirements.
Custom Packaging
We provide end-to-end packaging solutions from concept development through final production of folding cartons and display boxes. Our ArtiosCAD structural design software enables virtual prototyping before manufacturing, while specialized equipment handles substrates up to 30pt thickness. Production capacities range from single prototypes to million-unit runs with 10-14 day typical turnaround for standard orders.
Finishing Services
Our comprehensive finishing capabilities include die-cutting, folding, binding, and specialty coatings performed on advanced equipment like BOBST folder-gluers and Muller Martini stitchers. This Family owned and operated printing company They did the funeral ceremony booklets and the pictures blown up for my husband whom we lost very sudden to an aneurysm at only 38 years old. they were very supportive of our family and our needs and our timeline could not ask for better people to have in your corner in such a terrible situation thank you to everyone at Spartan printing for helping us through this hard time.
