Ordered team apparel the first week of December and were told we would have it by Christmas. Received less than half the order about 7 weeks later. Called three weeks later to see where the rest of the order was at. Told me they would get it straightened out and would have the rest of the order to me right away. Three weeks later and nothing had been received. Called and asked for a refund and were told we would be getting it right away. One week later and we still haven' received the refund. Called again and was told me they will check on it. I would never use this company.

I just want to say how disappointed I am in your company. I completely understand it's a very busy time for you. However my order was not only 20 days past the original estimated complete date. Then I'm given an email at 10:22am on December 22nd that my order is ready for pick and needs to be picked up by 4:30 that same day! A 6 hour window to pick up by the shut down is very unprofessional. I now have 3 family member that won't be opening their Christmas gift!
