Listen guys IDK if you're short-staffed or not but you guys have to do better at responding to all inquiries from all potential customers. Looking you guys up on google maps only to see 3 unanswered questions one being from 8 months ago the others 2 years and all of them asking about services that I know for a fact you offer was like a bright neon light that read We couldn't care less. So, we had to get labels done for a quince & had to go to mexicali that same day, so we had to get them done. My brother asked the lady and she straight up said no, literally just laser ink jet labels that we needed, you know the ones you can just print from a printer. No special process. She was rude and unprofessional. Sad really, people don't ever think about going above and beyond sometimes because that is all they are taught to do. bare minimum.

We had several large boxes worth of photos to ship home and the young lady at the ups counter helped us get everything we needed to make it happen. Long story short, the pics are on the way home and so are we! We were also able to get metallic sharpies for marking rocks that we are polishing.

Alexis was amazing! She was super helpful. Had to make 32 copies of 10+ pages. First person was helpful, but basically pawned his job to me. If i wanted self service i would have just gone there to the self service myself. Ended up wasting 30 minutes of my time.
