This is the second time I've used great impressions. They were wonderful and took the ideas that I brought them and made them perfect. I hope not to have to use them again soon but if another loved one passes. I will definitely be back.

I was recommended this place after the sudden death of my late mother last Monday. After a very busy week of planning the funeral, I managed to get down here early Friday morning to work with Great Impressions on programs for the actual funeral Monday afternoon. And everyone LOVED the programs. They are absolutely beautiful, and people want more as keepsakes. The quality is very high and probably the best programs I have ever seen. Definitely five stars, and that is only because it was the highest option I was allowed to put down.

Great Impressions made an obituary program for us. We gave them our form Wednesday evening and Friday afternoon our programs were ready. This was after corrections were made and the corrections were made within minutes of receiving my email. Everyone was friendly, professional and sympathetic to our needs. I will definitely use them if I need anything printed. And Carolyn, everyone LOVED the programs and prayer cards, you guys did a wonderful job. Thanks again.

The service here is super Crappy. and their excuse is we don't have enough people. I saw 4 people in the back, and there could have been more, but no one could come out to help me!

Excellence in motion is the best way to describe Great Impressions. I have known the owner, Carolyn Walker, for many years prior to her opening Great Impressions. She took time to build her craft, refine her process, learn her industry and then decided to establish her own company. Carolyn and her staff are experts in their field. They have produced several obituaries and brochures for me, my family and friends.

All products were exceptional and cost effective and the service was superb. A truly successful company is one that has integrity, superb customer service and superior products as its foundation. Great Impressions consistently provides all three!
