I spent $4,000 with this company. Before I purchased the machine I was told that they would help me install the machine and the software and that it was compatible with what I was using. Great communication and support until I received my machine.and they got my money, then the tables turned, NO support-NO help. NO communication. Horrible company! I would NEVER purchase from these crooks again!

I love this company for helping me set up my printing business! Linda in Tampa is super knowledgeable and patient with all of my questions. She is definitely my go to for any questions about printing machines, and supplies and I'll be ordering from her for as long as she'll take my many calls!

Having had a bad experience with this company when it was bought a year or so ago, I'm happy to report that customer service has been recently outstanding, especially with Linda. If there's a problem with your order, she will stand behind you and make it right. Because of this, I can say I'll still be a customer (and have been for 15 years). One star taken off because I wish I wasn't having any problems to begin with.

I ordered my Hotronix Heat Press on May 3, 2021. I went with Best Blanks instead of the manufacturer because their website said "IN STOCK READY TO SHIP" right on the page of the heat press I wanted. I went through finance and got all approved. The paperwork from them said 3 week delivery. I thought this was just part of the form and that since it was "in stock" it would come sooner. After three weeks, I inquired about where my press was.
I was told they were backed up and not to expect my press until "MID JUNE." I told my sales rep that the website advertised that the press was "in stock, ready to ship" and she told me, well things are just backed up right now. I told her she needed to talk to IT and have them remove this false advertising. Well, the finance company took it's first payment today and I'm still without my machine. I went to their website and checked the page with the machine I ordered.
Imagine my surprise when I say the same "IN STOCK READY TO SHIP" message. It almost seems deliberate. I'm extremely displeased with the service. I understand circumstances beyond their control, but false advertising is absolutely NOT beyond their control.
