This place does a fine job at embroidering hats for my micro business. The quality is fantastic. The service comes with a smile. The price is right. It does take a little patience for the order to be completed but it is worth the wait!

I had a question about a design, so I contacted them. It's been almost a week and they've completely ignored me. I don't like to be ignored. If these people want to run a legitimate business they ought to check the contact E-mail they post on their website instead of neglecting it and making customers feel ignored. I went to BA Custom Designs instead. My product came out perfectly!

My company does a lots of promotional products and merchandise (shirts, hats, hoodies, lighters, pens, etc). I've worked with several print shops in the area. Printwear is by far the best! The guy we dealt with (I think his name is Seth) helped us not only get the best quality for our money but also gave us great insight from design to production options that we hadn't considered. We will be bringing all of our business to them from now on.
