Absolutely terrible customer service. If I could give them ZERO stars I would. They were scheduled to come to my office and work on a printer two different times. They never called, never showed up. I tried contacting them and they have another company answering their phones that doesn't even work with them. They just happen to occupy the same building. According to that company they don't even work out of that office, they only work remotely.
If you are in the business to provide customer service, you should know how to provide customer service. I suggested some customer service classes and maybe some business administration classes since they don't know how to even run a business.
