Questions
What are bleeds and when are they needed?
Bleeds extend design elements beyond cut lines. When needed, we require 0.125-inch bleed on each side to ensure proper trimming of final printed materials.
What file types do you accept for printing?
We accept Adobe Illustrator (Ai), Tiff, Adobe Photoshop (PSD), JPEG, PDF, and Adobe InDesign (Indd) files for printing projects.
Will I see a proof before printing starts?
Yes, we provide physical proofs when possible and always send PDF proofs for approval before beginning production to ensure accuracy.
What resolution should images be for printing?
Images must be at 300 DPI resolution for print quality. Lower resolution risks pixelation - vector graphics are preferred when available.
What if I'm not satisfied with the final prints?
We'll work with you to resolve issues when materials don't meet expectations, ensuring your satisfaction while explaining our quality control processes.

My go to for professional printing for years. Recently, I was reminded why. I hired a marketing/branding firm to come-up with a new logo and tagline. They did. But, the logos they sent me were pretty much wholly unusable. Tim and his people at Precision Printing took over and got my logo and tagline fixed. They also provided both letterhead and business cards at a much less expensive rate than the discounted quote I received from the marketing/branding company. I cannot overstate what a great business PP is. My highest recommendations.

I've done everything from business cards, to wedding invitations, to government RFP's, to blank business cards with them and it always turns out perfect.

I had an urgent need for leaflets and rollup as my goods were stocked in customs. I sent an email with HR pdf files Sunday evening, a follow up email on Monday morning but heard nothing. So I called and asked them to respond. Now is Monday evening and I have still not heard from them. In my opinon a poor behavior.
